Prof. Dr. Ha Thi Thieu Dao - Vice Rector of the University, along with the representatives of teachers are heads of faculties, departments, institutes and centers throughout the school, especially the ceremony witnessed 16 new doctorates, 73 new masters and 1012 new bachelors with their family and relatives.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung - Acting Rector on behalf of the University congratulates the remarkable achievements of its students, graduate students, and PhD students after a journey of study, practice, and research full of relentless efforts. The new PhDs, masters and bachelors graduating on the day will start a new journey with many opportunities but also many difficulties, challenges and even stumbles, requiring them to make constant efforts, with the spirit of never giving up and with the belief that their family, relatives, teachers and the University always stand by their side and watch them grow.
