Finance - Banking: The smart cash flow

        Banking and finance is the study of organizing, operating, administering, designing, and delivering products and services of banks and other financial institutions; the study of the operations of financial markets and investment methods; the study of managing and making financial decisions of entities (government, businesses, individuals). In short, this is the study of the movement and methods to increase the value of cash flow.

          In Vietnam, there are only 44 commercial banks, but these banks have more than 11,000 branches and transaction offices, attracting more than 300,000 employees. As a result, bank credit has become the most important capital mobilization channel of the economy. In addition, there are other foreign bank branches in Vietnam, financial companies, finance leasing companies, non-bank financial intermediaries, and other credit institutions.

        Vietnam's stock market has made great progress in the past 20 years as the market capitalization of the stock market has reached about 400 billion USD (equivalent to nearly 150% of its GDP). More than 4,000,000 trading accounts of individual investors have been opened in addition to the operation of securities companies, fund management companies, investment funds, and other institutional investors...

              More than 700,000 businesses of different sizes and sectors are in dire need of financial experts to solve such problems in capital mobilization, investment, financial management, and risk management. For instance, one major concern is to achieve sustainable growth, high profitability, safety, and company’s value maximization.
