TRAINING OBJECTIVES

EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES
- About knowledge: The training program provides modern knowledge to help learners master in-depth knowledge in business administration. The knowledge blocks include: general knowledge block, industry basic knowledge block, specialized knowledge block on industry and business administration major.
- About personal and professional skills: Learners are trained to form specific skills such as: analytical skills, creative thinking skills to discover new knowledge, systems thinking skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork skills, communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills and knowing how to effectively use English in research and practice in Business Administration. Understand the legal provisions in business. From there, improve the ability to make decisions in accordance with ethics and the law. Master leadership skills, strategic planning skills and decision-making skills to handle fluctuations in the business management process. Skilled in applying statistical tools, quantitative analysis techniques of economics & public management to practical activities to solve problems arising in enterprises.
