Attending the reception, representatives of Ho Chi Minh University of Banking were Ms. Ha Thi Thieu Dao - Vice Rector, Mr. Tran Vinh Nguyen - Director of the Library, and Mr. Le Van Toan - Deputy Director of the Library.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Tran Vinh Nguyen - Director of the Library introduced the working program, participants, survey content, exchange visits, and briefly introduced the HUB and its activities at the Library.

Mr. Le Van Toan - Deputy Director of the Library reported on the situation of receiving, managing and using sponsored books for the period 2017 - 2022 and suggestions for effective sponsorship activities in the coming time.
