On the morning of April 7, 2022, Ho Chi Minh University of Banking (HUB) and Mobile World Investment Joint Stock Company (MWG) signed a cooperation agreement to support training, internships, business training for students and a number of other activities between the two parties.

Speaking at the cooperation signing ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung - Acting Rector said that the cooperation with famous retail enterprises of Vietnam, Top 100 largest retailers in Asia In the Asia-Pacific region, creating favorable conditions for students of HUB's high-quality training program creates a good environment for internships, fieldtrip and brings practical work experience and favorable employment opportunities opportunities.

Pioneering digital transformation in training programs such as Digital Marketing, Digital Accounting, E-Business; ; Data Science, HUB is confident to provide MWG with high quality human resources to meet the needs of employers. This is the first step for the two establishments to have long-term strategic cooperation in the near future.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tuyen - Head of Human Capital of MWG said that the cooperation with a University which has a modern and advanced training program in line with the development orientation and personnel of MWG. MWG Group is a corporation with a staff of about 80,000 people with retail chains such as Mobile World, Bach Hoa Xanh, Ava kids, fashion, sport, with a human resource demand for MWG of 7,000 people/year. With this cooperation, it will bring great resources to MWG and hopefully in the future the University will provide high quality human resources and some activities related to Digital Marketing, Digital Accounting, E-Business; fintech; Data Science, etc. to be able to develop projects in the near future such as the establishment of an e-commerce trading floor and strategic projects of the corporation in the future.

With respect and responsibility, the representatives of the two parties had an effective and successful session to sign a cooperation agreement in supporting communication activities on recruitment announcements and information about enterprises, support students to participate in internships, internships, field trips, job opportunities and other activities at enterprises. At the same time, the university and the mobile world investment joint stock company have also agreed to cooperate in training activities, assessment and student quality feedback of HUB. Accordingly, the two sides commit to cooperate in building short-term professional programs for the company when needed; create all favorable conditions for students, lecturers and staff to exchange experiences, participate in job fairs, research, contribute ideas to build and perfect the training program offered by HUB.
