On December 11, 2018, Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City (BUH) and Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Nam A Bank) co-signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement. This agreement affirms the close-knit cooperation between the two sides in the foreseeable future.

 Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of  BUH, there were distinguished guests who are leaders of functional departments and faculties of the university. On the side of Nam A Bank, there was the presence of Ms. Vo Thi Tuyet Nga, Deputy General Director as well as other Branch Managers and Department Heads.

 “I am deeply honored to welcome all delegates from Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City,” said Mr. Tran Ngoc Tam - General Director of Nam A Bank in his keynote address. He also highlighted that the signing ceremony of the comprehensive cooperation agreement would mark a new stage and also a step higher for their growth in the context of increasing international integration.

At the ceremony, Dr. Bui Huu Toan - Acting Rector of BUH thanked leaders of Nam A  Bank for their enthusiastic and thoughtful reception. The Rector also underscored that their mutually beneficial  relationship was imperative in the current setting. He therefore hoped that such relationship would be nurtured, maintained and sustainably developed in the long term.

The terms and conditions of the comprehensive cooperation agreement between BUH and Nam A Bank focus on the following areas: researching the labor market;  training and supplying high quality human resources; fund-raising for the university development; recruiting students post graduation; researching the banking and financial market; organizing seminars; providing practical opportunities for lecturer and students, including on-site study tours and internship; cooperating in scientific research and technology transfer in areas of mutual interest; cooperating in training exchange programs and organizing advertising campaigns for both sides. /.
