On 3/3/2021, under the chairmanship of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung, the Faculty of Finance (HUB) and MBS securities company signed a strategic cooperation agreement in training, internship, internship, professional exchange and practical connection.

Linking theoretical knowledge with reality practice is an important and cross-cutting policy of Ho Chi Minh University of Banking (HUB) in general and Faculty of Finance in particular. This is also a commitment of the Faculty when participating in the accreditation of training programs according to the quality standards of the Southeast Asian University Network (AUN). One of the important recommendations of AUN in orienting the improvement of the curriculum for the Finance major is to bring the knowledge taught at school closer to the rapidly changing reality of the financial sector. Therefore, the Faculty of Finance has been and will strongly implement cooperation programs with leading financial institutions in Vietnam. One of the leading financial institutions that we always consider as a strategic partner is MBS securities company.

On 3/3/2021, under the chairmanship of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung, Faculty of Finance and MBS securities company signed a strategic cooperation agreement in training, internship, internship, professional exchange and practical connection. One of the important contents of this agreement is to build an experimental Stock exchange simulation room on the campus of HUB. The simulation room is a practical model that brings real securities trading activities into the campus of HUB, built by the Faculty of Finance in conjunction with MB securities company. This model will help students and lecturers to research, practice, practice and experience securities trading right at the HUB and through here the experimental exchange hopes to bring you the best knowledge. Knowledge, useful experience on the stock market and the necessary equipment to be able to invest effectively, shortening the path to Financial Freedom. Overcoming the difficulties of the Covid_19 pandemic, after a long time of waiting, this morning, Thursday, March 17, 2022, the Opening Ceremony of the Stock Exchange Simulation Room took place successfully.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung, on behalf of the School Board of Directors, Mr. Pham Anh Tu, representative of MB Securities Joint Stock Company, and Dr. Le Van Hai Head of the Faculty of Finance gave speeches about the opening ceremony, signing the educational cooperation minutes and handing over the sponsored assets. The delegates also participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony to open the Experimental Stock Exchange simulation room. With the goal of improving the quality of education, attaching it to practice, and especially implementing the educational philosophy of "liberation" and "experience" of HUB through actual activities of transactions in the securities field right at the training institution, reducing the cost of practical training and internships for learners, and moreover, effectively serving the quality accreditation of training programs of the Faculty and of the University during the next period of time.
