The conference is also pleased to welcome the live and online attendance of more than 50 teachers, experts, scientists, managers from universities, research institutes and businesses.

The conference received more than 130 presentations from teachers and scientists from nearly 20 institutions across the country, of which 82 excellent papers were selected to be published in the Proceedings. Most of the articles show enthusiasm and responsibility for the cause of innovation - development of the country in the future. Many articles expressed anguish and concern about the inadequacies and contradictions, and at the same time shared valuable experiences, suggesting valuable ideas for the socio-economic development of the country. period 2021-2030. In the field of education and training innovation and development of high-quality human resources, the workshop discussed building an education ecosystem in the spirit of the resolution of the XIII Congress; discuss the relationship between the spirit of liberal arts education, the educational philosophy of Vietnam in the new era and the educational innovation strategy;
